Important Notes

  • Resident Responsibility: Repairs or damage caused by negligence or misuse are the resident’s responsibility. In these cases, work will be completed, but the cost of labor and materials will be charged to you. This includes plumbing stoppages or damage due to improper use.
  • Vendor Access: If you choose not to authorize a key release, you must be available to allow the vendor access to the property. Please plan accordingly when scheduling maintenance.
